@CS_Agent can it be anymore difficult to make payments? No reason my auto shouldn’t work.. but it didn’t. Now I can’t do it manually either. need a phone for work. 611? What pin?

I have given some thought to the issue of service disruptions and have concluded a residential phone service, cellular or landline, alone is not a good solution if you cannot tolerate several days without service. A business voip service seems to offer the best balance of dependability and price BUT I am not an expert just an interested bystander on business service.

Bad timing with your autopay issue. Public mobile just revamped My account, App, Community accounts. Are you able to access your self service account?

If you are having issues with credit card, the quickest way is to purchase a payment voucher either in store or online (recharge.com - service fee applies) and load either via self service or calling 611.

Auto pay can fail
To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611 no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary
in the meantime if you haven’t already downloaded the new PM app and created a ever safe I’d … you should do that also
add the 4 digit pin that you would have given upon activation
