I'm not sure whats going on but I can no longer make outgoing calls with my plan
I have been using public mobile for 2 years. The current plan I'm using has been activated for apporx 7 months give or take. No late payments no issue with my account..
My currewnt plan is
Havent changed phones for about a year
it just stopped working as of now.
Attempted to troubleshoot by restartting phone, reinserting sim. restarting network settings
My phone is huawei p30pro

Thank you everyone for the suggestions, After speaking to support privetly, My issue was resolved.Turned out the network needed to be reset on public mobiles end. Everything is working fine now

Go to your account details page and check your add-ons. Is International talk or US talk enabled?

Hi @omegasupreme, can you provide any more details about the problem you're experiencing? What happens when you try to make a call? Does an automated message play informing you that you cannot make outgoing calls, or does the call immediately hang up for no reason? Who are you trying to call, is that person a factor?
It seems like the phone itself is not a problem, turning it off and on again is typically a good fix.
