Unable to make calls & texting is sporadic

Both my Hubby & I have been unable to make or receive phone calls today. Texting has been sporadic.

what phone do you have?

try to swap the sim between the 2 phones, it will force a sim reprovision and could resolve the issue

if not, please  open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

Iphone 6s+ & Hubby has a Samsung Flip 4; we have 1 bar on LTE and even that switched to No Service sporadically. We both have restarted our phones & no change. Will try a support ticket.

My Hubby and I are having the same problem today. Haven’t even been able to make phone calls and text messaging is sporadic. Seems to be happening at least once a week. We are in central B.C.
