I keep getting finish my activation. I have had an account for year. I can't access my account !!!!

yes, for some reason, some login cannot go to the My Account and needs PM to sort it out
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

@SuddenStorm sounds like there is an issue with your EverSafe account not being linked correctly. Reach out to a support agent, they will be able to fix this for you.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
