can't receive calls and texts

I started a subscription on February the 15th. I can not recieve calls or texts messages from others and can not login into my account.

It hasn't yet been established that there is a number porting issue or even if the customer has even requested a number port.  This is partially the reason that Public Mobile has discouraged the discusson of such porting department phone number.
