Hi,
My account is disbaled and im not able to login online to activate the account. When i try resetting the password, i get a message that says " Login failed, try again."
Any help is much appreciated.

How long has it been since you had active service? Try calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number to hear your basic account details. If you get a message saying they cannot find your phone number then your account went past 90 days without active service and has been cancelled and deactivated and you would have to buy a new sim card and activate a new account.
