Payment through Xoom lost

Lemongello
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I sent payment through Xoom and even though the transaction was completed successfully I still don’t know where the payment went. I’m told I need a Telus pin to find and apply my payment. Does anyone know what and how I can do this?

Im sorry this occurred. I am surprised that this business continues to mislead customers that you can purchase pm payments from them. For info on the most reliable retailers to purchase pm vouchers from, other payment options and a link to the voucher catalogue please see the link below:

I tested this myself. Xoom does not work with public Mobile - I believe especially if you ported your number from another provider... They only support an actual telus mobility account. It took me weeks upwards of a month to get the refund from xoom....

Here's a thread from back then: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Paying-via-Paypal-Xoom-Service/m-p/688838...

Did you get an email with a pin and instructions? Did the instructions NOT say to use 611?

Adding - or a text.

If so then tell them and they will refund you.

@Lemongello   IIRC there have been issues with paying through xoom.com as the payment goes to the original provider of your number if you ported your number to PM.  Contact them and ask for a refund if that is the case.

For PM purchase a voucher from recharge.com if you need to make a payment urgently.  They charge a fee for the convenience, otherwise retailers like Walmart, Canadian Tire, London Drugs or Shell or other gas stations are options to purchase vouchers from.
