Unable to log on to app

I cannot log in on app.  Always get message that email and password do not match.  Same credentials that I used on computer.  This has been going on for months.....very frustrating.  Your assistance is appreciated.

When you login to the PM app worked out. Click on Trusted Device so it will automatically open to your account without entering the Login ID & password on your phone.

If not tried yet, you can update the PM app. 

Or your can delete the PM app.  Re-install app and see whether that works.  

Avoid auto populate password.

so you are successful logging in on laptop...but not so successful logging in on mobile app ??
