I would like to discontinue the plan with Public mobile since I'm leaving Canada. I couldn't find a shortcut to do it.

if you're using the Public Mobile app, log in to your account...soon as you log in, scroll down to see Manage Subscription > Subscription Renewal (Active) > tap UNSUBSCRIBE. That will stop any further payments and in 90 days that account is permanently deactivated.

you can access it from My Account, click Payment, and the Manage Subscription, then toggle off Subscribed to disable Autopay

Turn Subscribed OFF.
Open a ticket and ask agent to remove your credit card info from your account.
