Unable to delete VM greetings

Hi,
I wanted to delete my wife's voicemail greeting which I recorded a long time ago. I tried to delete the greeting in every possible way and wasn't able to delete. So can someone please help me to delete this greeting and set it as system greeting that will be great.

Yes @Watoko...option 6 the system greeting is not available anymore. Thanks.

Just wanted to let you know that for the link you referred to, option 6 to activate the system standard greeting is no longer available. I just tried it as I wanted to do that. 😞

Yes I tried...but the old greeting still there. I also tried to delete it and set the system greeting but no luck. Thanks.

Have you simply  tried just recording over the existing one?
