I deleted my temporary esim but it seems like things were not ported probably to my phone number. I now have no service. I believe I need to install a new temporary esim and port again?

you need to buy a new eSIM
download PM app, login. For 2FA, choose Didn't Receive Code and choose email to get the code
then go to Account page, and Purchase SIM CARD and choose esim

Hi @MandyShen
You'll have to get a CS Agent to send you another eSIM. Once they've sent you a new eSIM, then you can confirm if things were ported or not. Also advise them of this while you're chatting with them.
