I can’t create an account because the system is sending my phone number a text message that I can receive. I dropped my phone and I guess it is broken. So now I can’t cancle the auto top up because I can’t even create my own account?! Help!

@Saltydog You can put your sim in any other unlocked phone that you can borrow from your family member or a friend. You just need to insert the sim to another phone just so you can get the text.

When I create my new account, I didn't receive any text message from PM, the only text message PM sent me was PIN number.

If someone activates at the store, they have to create an account on the link you provided. This requires a text verification before they can enter their information to create an account.

I'm sorry your phone broke, that sucks. I think messaging a Moderator might be the only way to get access to your account at this point. You can reach them through here:

Explain the issue and give them your account name, phone number, etc. to speed up the process.
Heads up sometimes it can take a while to hear back from them, depending on how busy they are.
