Ported number from Rogers to PM. I am unable to confirm full access as it won't the code to my phone number. I have no option to od it by email. I tried resetting account by email, but when singing in again I get the same error. Note I no longer have Sim from old phone

try tapping “didn’t get the code?”
That should provide you an option to have it sent to the registered email address.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
