I put my cell phone account on Freeze 10 weeks ago and would like to unfreeze it before its 12th week/ 3 month anniversary so that I do not loose my phone number.
Could you please advise next steps as I am unable to access my Public Account online to make the request as I cannot receive authentication codes via text on the phone number that is linked to my account because it is currently on freeze mode.
Thank you for your kind attention and assistance on this

If you can’t login to your account to disable Subscribe then you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you login through the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.

@RainCityEdisons In your account profile page at the bottom of page you can turn report lost/stolen off and make payment again . If you have any trouble get support to help you do it
send a private message To CS_Agent

When you say “freeze”, do you mean that you disabled autopay? Now that you’re ready to unfreeze you can't just turn on Autopay again, you must make a manual payment to get Active again. As your device cannot receive log in codes, You can try logging in from a desktop, and if that fails, open a chat using the bottom right message button from the app screen. Hope this helps
