I have the email registered, I've reset the password, I've tried to complete a new account for the past hour. Site keeps looping from log-in to sending a code, then the code is incorrect. Any help??

Yes, I'm using the app on the phone. My issue is that when I try to "complete the activation" I just get an endlessly spinning load icon.

FWIW I'm having exactly the same issue. Just wanted to confirm to see if this gets more attention as it is very difficult to get help.

Hello @CQ9 , As others have already mentioned, activation must be continued in the mobile app for iPhone or Android. Trying in a browser on a PC will result in the login loop you are describing. I've included some links below that may be of assistance:

did you try to use the app to login and complete the subscription?
If not , try it
if you are using app already, try to uninstall the app and reinstall
