Hello
This morning hubby opened an account to switch from Koodo to PM.
Everything is paid.
The app is on his phone to complete activation.
But, after signing in, the widget spins forever and nothing loads.
Is it a trafic problem or else ?
It's a bit frustrating.

Everything works fine now.
It was only a question of rebooting the phone.

Android and already paid
I got stuck on the blue loading spin. After refreshing, I come back to sign in page and so on. 🙃
I'll try deleting cookies and reboot.

uninstall and reinstall the app, delete the browser cache and reinstall the app and try again
if still cannot login to complete the subscription, ask agent to help. Please submit ticket with PM agent

@Blue07 - iPhone or android?
If iPhone - maybe delete cookies in Safari Settings. It may be an issue with that.
If Android, try deleting cookies and see if it'll work.
Also have you tried rebooting your phone or reloading page? Sometimes I get stuck on the blue loading spin thing and refresh and it redirects me.
Also try as a last resort uninstalling app and re-installing unless he already payed for the plan.
EDIT: Video, is this what you are seeing right now?

@Blue07 eSIM or physical sim??
if physical sim, you don't need to login the app, just try in a different phone to see if it connects
if eSIM, did you have the app got to Step 6 of activation?? Check Sim Manager screen or Settings > Cellular and see if Public Mobile eSim is installed
