Unable to call Mexico

Tried calling Mexico. Have lots of international long distance available. Dial + then 52 then number. After one ring I ask told in English that number cannot be connected as dialed! Then tells me to dial *611 which is all voice prompts!

Any one able to shed light on this?

Make sure you have to correct International Long Distance Calling Add-on...

400 International Long Distance minutes

Included countries: Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela.
