Initially I bought an eSIM, then was told there was an error, the bar code, or what not, was never generated, which meant I could not log into my account, and I needed to buy a physical SIM. After a little trouble, I got my hands on a physical SIM, put it in my phone, and was told I would be able to log in the app and activate from there.
Every time I open the app try to log in on the browser where it takes me, enter all of the info, then it brings me back to the log in page, over and over again.
I just got back to Canada and thought Public Mobile sounded like such a deal, now it's giving me more trouble than anything.

you need PM to help to update the sim number for you to complete the activation.

@Nomimie If you can’t log in just get support to sim swap the number for you . Then you will be able to log k to your account and have code sent to phone
