Unable to access My Account due to dead email

Hello there,

I've been using Public Mobile for a few years now.

Recently I tried to login to my account but to no avail, because my email associated with it has ceased to exist. It was a college email, so after my graduation they wrote it off. I should have changed the account email to another one beforehand. 

I need to have access to My Account to change phone plan and update my payment information, etc.

I'm posting this question here with the community account which I just registered. 

Can anyone please help me with this issue? Thanks!

hi @LeonardT 

the email address used on PM login is just a userid.  So, you can still login to My Account with the password.  If you can login, go to Profile page, Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the email address there

if you cannot login My Account, then ask support agent to help to update it for you.  Just submit by direct message:
