Unable To Create Ticket

I've tried on my phone, two computers, in Incognito and outside of it, and cannot get the page to open to submit a ticket. I have three referrals, two of which I received the text for two weeks ago, and still nothing showing in my account. I don't know how to actually communicate with Public Mobile at this point to have the issue fixed. Is there any other way to get word to them and get help fixing whatever is wrong on the back end?

@TangeloGorilla - it should be apparent to ALL customers how to private message Public Mobile Customer Support.

Go to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

A CS_Agent will respond back in your Community mailbox (envelope icon) at the top right of this page to the left of your community avatar on your computer or by clicking on your avatar on your device.
