I recently purchased the 3GB USA Data Addon for a 5 day trip to Florida and had almost ZERO reception for data the entire time. Waste of money only got to use 17% of the data I paid for and most of that was at the airport. Was completely useless where I actually needed it. How can I get a refund?

Where specifically in Florida did you go? I am leaving in 3 days and anticipated buying the same add ons

Roaming service will be dependent on your device as well. For the future, make sure your device is compatible with the bands in the area. GSMarena or kimovil are good sources for this.

That's unfortunate that it didn't work for you. They say no refunds are provided st public mobile. However you can try your luck. Submit a message to the below and ask. Are you back in Canada? Perhaps you were not connected correctly in your phone settings.
