HI @Sleepy100 US Roaming add-on will expire in 240 hours from the time you purchase. The Transaction can confirm the date you purchase but cannot tell exactly what hour in the day. You will have to have some idea
To re-purchase the same roaming add-on , you will need to wait full 24 hours AFTER the expiration day and time. Do you need to re-purchase ahead of the 10 days expiry? You will have to contact CS Agent to have them manually process that.

Be aware that counter for US roaming add-on starts as soon as you purchase it and runs for 240 hours (10 days). Then you have to wait 24h to purchase another one.

There are two types of add-ons with public mobile.
Add-ons for use in Canada never expire, they remain on the account until they are consumed.
Add-ons for roaming in the USA (while you are physically in the USA) expire exactly 240 hours beyond the time that they are purchased and added to the account.

Whether z10user4's answer or BKNS27's answer is correct depends on the add-on that you're asking about. Are you asking about a U.S. long distance add-on or are you asking about a U.S. roaming add-on?

Login to your Self Serve account and check under My Data & Add-ons. It will expire once you use it all up.

@Sleepy100 : It isn't stated. You need to infer it. You can look at your View Payment History for the day you bought it. Then add 10 days to that. (really..240 hours from the time of purchase) You can also tell when it has expired by the feature stopping working.
Edit: Maybe your payment method goes down to the time the transaction hit the card.
So what are you looking to do?
