U.S.Data not working

I’m a new subscriber with a data package for U.S. and Mexico, on my first trip to U.S. data did not work. In my cellular settings on my IPhone 13, there is no option to roam? It just lists two lines, Primary and Secondary, both with my one phone number?

It's because you have more than one SIM. The Settings app completely moves things around for dual SIM users. 

You need to go to Settings > Cellular and then tap on your number and then the switch to enable data roaming will be somewhere on that screen. Here's an example image I found.

When I go into Settings , Cellular, Cellular Data, this option is not there, it only lists Primary Number( which is ticked) and Secondary Number

On an iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming (turn it on).

Make sure your network selection is set to Automatic.

@Neen1  to turn roaming on, you go to Settings  Cellaulur, >Cellaulur Data > tap on.

Also, located the Vouce and Data Options and enable VoLTE if it's not already enabled.

Make sure that you have the latest IOS version. 

Your phone number should be in Primary.
