I need to change my email on an account I've been locked out of

I am unable to receive verification codes to my email after loosing my phone, I am also unable to get codes to my phone number, as I've lost that too so im inable to sign into my account. I need to get back into my other public mobile account to switch my email and phone number to a new Sim card.

(This account is have created just to get access to support)
