I purchased US text/roaming/data on my phone but it was set up on my husband's phone in error by PM. When I log into my PM account, US text/roaming/data appears in my add-ons but I don't have the features available on my phone. When my husband logs into his PM account, US text/roaming does NOT appear in his add-ons but he does have the US features available on his phone. Please help as I need US text/roaming/data available on my phone. Thanks!

also login using Incognito mode to avoid cache problem, of course, login with the correct email
PM cannot move addon from one account to another. But they will likely cancel the transaction on the wrong account. So, use the old account to submit ticket with agent and ask them to cancel that wrong purchase (they will leave the money on the account as credit) and then login the correct account to buy the addon you want
