i just subscribed on Feb 9th and see that the Canada US is running the same price as the plan I went to. Can I please get that rate and switch to the Canada US plan?

Two weeks into your plan might not get you desired results from CSR.
Why not just schedule a plan change for next renewal? Even if they discontinue the plan in the meantime, as long as it's properly scheduled the system will change you to the updated plan. (I always take screen shots of the subscription and payment prediction pages so that I can prove to CSR that I have scheduled the change, just in case something glitches on renewal.)
