I just switched to public mobile choosing a plan that advertises US roaming

However, after landing in the US this week, I received an SMS saying

 How am I to interpret this?

@CS_Agent ?

Thank you both, @HALIMACS and @Handy1 . I’ll give it a try on my next trip in January.

After landing, and ensuring your roaming was turned on, did you notice all services (calling, texting, and data) were working?

If so, then the message means nothing.

If nothing works, follow @Handy1 suggestions.

If that doesn’t work, you might want to reach out to the customer support agents:

To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to the Customer Support Agents by clicking here

You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@p5mab  That’s just a generic message PM sends when it detects your crossed the border . Ignore it you have roaming built into your plan , just be sure to have data roaming turned on in phone settings and that your connected to T mobile or AT&T  and put your phone to LTE
