@CS_AgentWe are very frustrated. We purchased a US talk/text/data plan before leaving Canada and crossed the border expecting the phone to work. We have not been able to get the phone connected in to the network properly. We can make outgoing calls but no one can hear us on the other end. Incoming calls go to voicemail and texts come in sporadically with huge latency. We have tried everything and need immediate help. Thank you

@Smileyskier99 - different areas in USA have better services than others. What have you tried?
Restarting your phone or resetting the network settings on the device can help connect to the proper network. Also, maybe try toggling into airplane mode and back again.

First, we are just customers like you , but we are trying to help
Critical part to US roaming depends on T-Mobile coverage and whether you can connect to T-Mobile network or not
If the phone is not connecting to T-Mobile, change the Network Connection from Automatic to Manual and select T-Mobile
Not sure if your data work. For issue is with data, make sure your Roaming Mobile data is enabled and your have disabled your mobile data limter
For your issue is with voice, make sure VoLTE is enabled on the device setting. And if it does not work, try to change the Preferred Network Type or Network Mode to 2G and see if the calls goes through
Also, you can download VoIP app TextNow as a workaround to make calls and text if you have Wifi or if your roaming has data component and data is working
