I'm in LA, I had purchased a 10-day phone package as well as a 10-day texting package both expired early this a.m. . I have tried on several occasions during the day to call *611 to activate additional packages starting today. Sadly, I keep getting a recorded announcement that says something to the effect of due to technical reasons I cannot be connected and to try again later. In the meantime I'm stuck here in LA with no form of communication with Montreal. If you can help please let me know.
