US roaming package not working, pls help resolve

I have purchased the USA talk, text, 250 mb of data. It has not worked and I have now used all my data trying to resolve on the forums. Would you please consider putting a credit for 1 GB of roaming USA data? Since data is the only thing working.

Thank you.

No, moderators had to fix.

@will13am no, that's not the solution.  Look at @ThatSeaOtter's image above--he or she has clearly correctly completed both steps and something else is to blame.

Unfortunately, a lot of this troubleshooting was already done on yesterday's thread from Mr. Otter.  It's unfortunate they they chose to start yet another thread, but it is what it is.  Please review that thread first if you want to try to keep helping.

IMHO, this is likely something on the moderators can fix, based on the triage done on yesterday's thread.

@ThatSeaOtter, can you please check your account to confirm that you have actually made the purchase.  Buying an add-on is a two step process which is a bit tricky.  See this fantastic illustration on add-on purchasing.  If you have purchased the add-on, make sure that roaming data is enabled on the phone.

He definitely made an addon purchase considering he's in the US and have used up his roaming data.

What he should check is his payment history and clarify he indeed did buy the all in one package or just the 250MB data alone.

Oops, I messed up.  I think the solution should be to use 611 to make an add-on purchase.

Definitely purchased the combination add-on. Haven't had time to post screen shots.Screenshot_20180802-082717~2.png

It would be better you contact the mods.  Here is the link:

In the future, just click on the "?" circle/icon on the bottom right corner and follow the prompts.

Good luck.
