I am not receiving the email to reset my password until a few days have passed. By the time I receive the email, the link has expired and I can't reset my password. Moderators_Team - Can you fix this? This is an ongoing issues and I have tried this several times.

Don't hold your breathe on getting this resolved quickly. Apparently PM finds it acceptable to allow their customers to wait several days to get a simple password reset. Might be acceptable for people who can go days without a working phone but if you are like most people that rely on it as your primary method of contact its probably best to look for a more reliable service provider. I always hated the big three but at least you can get a hold of them when there is an issue.

@jandicho You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they will reset your password from their end.
