US roaming add on doesn't show in my account

I purchased the 15 dollar us add-on 5 hours ago, I did the 2 steps, add fund then puchase add on. It showed me it's done right after I clicked confirm button. 

But until now my account is still showing no add on plan has been purchased.

Can any one take a look at it please.

Sometimes there is glitch, the fund is in your account, but didnt purchase the addon for you.   If this is the case buy it again.

@yingw513 I would suggest removing you number as this a public forum and any bot could pull your number from the post.

Second do you see it in your transaction history that the amount was paid for the add-on? 

If you see the amount is taken for the add-on, you will need to contact a moderator, if not try buying the add-on again.

Do you not see the add-on on the Plan Detail page? If not, You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info.
