I'm trying to add a us Talk Only roaming add-on for my dad, he had it for 10 days and it just expired, but now it's not showing up. There's the bundles and the text only option but no talk only option. Please help .

Hi folks,

This is not a solution, it means that people are without phone service for a given time. I appreciate that moderators are helping people out, but moderators are not available 24/7 nor are they expected be.

It would make sense for Public mobile either to enable the option to add it on the day it expires or to not have the add-on expire until you are able to add it again. Perhaps this can be suggested to the development team or programmers for the site. This way people can enjoy continious service.

Thanks

It showed up the day after it excited . Looks like you can't extend it sooner. Thanks for your help!

@esaad86 Check it tomorrow morning and it should show up if 10 days are passed. If not, you can send a private message to the Moderator_Team with the account info and they will manually add it.

All the "US Roaming" Add-Ons have 10 day durations.  They expire 10 days after activation.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/plans

You can purchase another US Roaming Add-On which has a fixed duration of 10 days.

Or you can purchase a Long Distance Add-On ($8 for 200mins or $15 for 400mins) which will never expire until all the minutes are used (unused minutes keep rolling forward onto subsequent billing cycles, until used).

Not sure what your needs are - if your Canada-USA long-distance is just a short trip or a long/permanent stay, short chats or long conversations, etc - it might be more affordable to purchase a different plan if frequent ongoing Canada/USA is required.  I imagine that voice is preferred - and that text, email, fongo, hangouts, etc are not options in this situation.
