@jcwongcc, data usage is reported on the overview page of your self serve account. It will show number of MBytes used out of MBytes available in a renewal period. As already mentioned, this meter sometimes fails to reset after a renewal. If you feel there's a major discrepancy between what your phone is reporting as your usage, it is possible that a reset problem occurred. This is most noticeable right after a renewal. Login to your self serve account and check the usage and to from there.

If you have 9 GB for 90 days, but its only first month now. It is definitely system issue. Only @CS_Agent can fix it.

I would have mods look into it. I know there was an issue with 3g data plans not resetting.
