New activation and did not see the $30 plan

Hello Friends,

 

I just activated my public mobile sim card yesterday for $35/30 plan with 1GB data and today I noticed that the same plan is going for $30 in the promo section? Can I get that plan I mean I am a new customer but it was not indicated well enough so I did not notice it? @Moderator_Team
