Two days ago, before my plan expired, I made a change from 4g to the new 6gb plan that was confirmed by Public Mobile site to be effective today.  Just check my account and I am still on 4gb.

Sorry for the confusion - power cycle is simply to turn it off and back on ( a reboot )

Sorry to hear that your new plan change request did not go through.

 

I was able to locate your account and make the changes for you, can you please power cycle your phone^
