I've had no cell service in my area since the recent freezing rain that hit most Laurentides/Outaouais (Québec) areas. Any idea when this will be fixed. Tried rebooting several times to no avail.
Hi folks, I helping a friend to set up his Samsung S2x t989d and we are getting this msg "Sim network unlock PIN" with PM sim card. The phone was initially set up with Telus Network therefore no need to unlock. Cheers.
Two days ago, before my plan expired, I made a change from 4g to the new 6gb plan that was confirmed by Public Mobile site to be effective today. Just check my account and I am still on 4gb.
I can confirm my account is active. I was traveling yesterday and I had cell service. Soon as I got home service went dead. The same applies to my wife phone.
