I went on my first trip since switching to Public. I purchased the $30 US Unlimited talk/text and 3GB of data. I had Intrenet service for 2 days after figuring out to turn on my Data Roaming, day 3 and 4 I had ZERO internet connection! Am I missing a step?

Set your phone to 4G preferred, not 5G. AT&T 5G isn't working for PM customers roaming.

@Tazmania   Are you still in the USA?   Do voice calls and texting work and it's just data that doesn't?  Are you connecting to AT&T or T-Mobile?

@Tazmania the roaming  add-on 15 days count down starts the moment the purchase was completed

Is there a delay when you sign up? I purchased the add on the day before I left, Feb 1st and it still says I have 10 days left of the 15.

It says I still have 2.81 GB Data left.

@Tazmania any chance you used us the 3GB already?? Login My Account using Incognito mode and check

if you still have roaming data left, make sure you try to connect to both T-MOBILE and AT&T and test
