US Roaming bundle - Not Working. No service in US

Aug 2, i purchased $40 worth of US roaming - talk, text and data

in the US now, try to send a text ...get a message saying it's not working

had to purchased another $20 worth today

I want my $40 back!

Make sure that you enable roaming.

@Rfrise, add-on purchase is a two step process as showin in the illustration in the thread linked below.  As noted, please confirm that the add-on was initally purchased correctly.

Is your roaming working now? Can you get to your self service account? Does the $40 show on your transaction history? Do you have Available Funds showing?
