US Roaming add on not working

I purchased the $20 US Roaming add-on doing the 2 step process and my account shows I have the add on but I am in the US now and it hasn't been working. Says No Service. Can one of the mods fix this issue

@parlaminty, you may need to manually select the network.  Also if your data isn't working make sure you have data roaming turned on!!

try restarting your phone and see if that works?
