Purchased a US Roaming ad-on. Shows I purchased it but isnt showing in add-ons

@bb94  sometimes there is an issue with the add-on not getting activated properly. Hopefully @Jose_F  or @Alex_G  moderators can assist if possible since US roaming add-ons have a 10 day expiry.

The moderator will help you with that. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days but they work 7/7 days.

I did add funds first then purchased add-on. Money disappeared but know add-on

@bb94 If it isn't showing in add ons you didn't complete the purchase you add funds first and then purchase its two steps
