US Roaming 10 Day Unlimited Talk and Text

I purchased my 10 day roaming plan on Dec 20 and as of this morning it has stopped working. I've checked my account and it is still showing it as an add-on. I have also reset my phone. Any help would be great. Thanks

Thanks for giving the community a heads up on a possible glitch with the US roaming add ons. Previously only voice calls would be affected if two roaming add ons were purchased that contained a talk portion. Your post indicates that multiple US roaming add ons are creating a whole new problem. Knowing about this new issue will help us help others experiencing this issue.

 

Did the CSA tell you how they fixed your issue?

Hi there,

The add-on wasn't expired. But I used up the data portion of the add-on. When I purchased an additional data only add-on, the talk/text components stopped working. Turns out multiple add-on don't play well together. I got it rectified in the end by submitting a ticket.

Can you please explain what happened in your scenario?  Did you pay twice? Did you really need to talk to a mod to stop additional payments for the addon?


It's an add-on that expires 10 days after purchasing. How and why would he pay twice unless he bought it for another 10 days on the 30th? The add-on expires. It doesn't renew to even want to take anything additional.

I'm not sure what you're asking.

But maybe the guy'll answer...although he hasn't posted anything since this thread.
