I have been trying to ask the MODERATOR TEAM, for a couple of days and no one is responding to me.
I purchased the add on for Talk, Text, and Data for US roaming, but nothing worked at all!
Can I get a refund or my money paid transfered over to regualar billing.
Grrrr...unhappy customer right now.

Did you make sure to purchase it and add it to your account ? You also need to enable roaming.

Did you turn your cellular roaming on when you went abroad?
