Hi I’m trying to add US Add-on for phone, txt and Data to my account. I have successfully added twice in last month. Today when I try the funds got charged to my MasterCard and successfully added to my account but plan is not being added, funds just stay in my account as available funds

Did you USE all allotted time from these add-ons?
If your CC has been charged then add-on should be on your account.
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

It means your previous add-ons are still present. When you do that refresh mentioned, do you see the roaming add-ons with like 0/15 or 1/15? You need to either wait for them to disappear or ask support to re-buy the bundle for you.
If they say 0/15 then you can choose to buy the other bundle at this time and a separate data add-on.

log in on a laptop, but use incognito mode...then check to see if it's been added successfully.
