Try clearing your cache and attempt to sign in using an incognito web browser. That could help. Otherwise, the account might unlock in 1 or 2 hours. I would try signing back in again after. If it still doesn't work, I would open a ticket using the link suggested by @Handy1 and @TheSterlinger
@daviddang Wait one full hour and try again if you haven’t already incognito price mode or from another device or APP even if still no luck please submit ticket with support to help you gain access

After a couple attempts account gets locked. Wait an hour or so, and then try again. If you don’t remember the password the click Forgot Password and reset it.
