Hello,
I just purchased a number on this account yesterday and the installation of the E-SIM. I also tried using the barcode set to my email but gave the same error message saying i should contact support.
Please can you check this out on your ends and help resolve this .

you will have to ask PM to get the account number for you. You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

I would suggest you remove your personal information or you will get spammed. Click on V in circle and edit out.
