I am not able to login, not able to reset my account. Not able to speak to Customer service as they dont have access to my account.
My phone is a dead brick ......how long to reset my account.... how long for me to make payments.....
whats wrong with public mobile customer service....

Thanks for your response ....feels like poeple exists on this community.....
I do have a registered card which they say does not work... and contact the bank.
My bank does not have any objections....they have not even got a request.....
I cant use another card as there is no options....tried to login it only gives you 2 times log on and then locks your account for 1 hour.....
what kind of choice I have...
Honestly I feel like my cell phone has been taken as a hostage by Publicmobile...

@firefox825 You may have some delay as they may have a backlog from the weekend when many folks were caught by an accounting glitch.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
While waiting for the account reset try dialling *611 and follow the prompts to make a payment with your credit card on file, or vouchers.

The moderator team is staffed with humans, no AI. They don't take phone calls. Be patient, they should respond within the hour.
