U.S roaming is not working

U.S roaming ( talk only ) shows purchased and active but not working.  I used the same add on for almost 6 month and never had any problem . 

did things like taking the sim card off / rebooting / connecting manually to the existing networks but nothing seems to work ... the operator keep saying that I don’t have an active adds on while it shows paid and active when I log into my online account. 

Edit : I submitted a ticket and  a very professional customer service agent managed to reset my account successfully.  My U.S roaming is working just fine .
