Hi,
During the initial activation steps, I had input an incorrect phone number for the number transfer from a Freedom Mobile account.
What is the best way to solve this issue and resubmit the proper number transfer request to complete the activation process with Public Mobile?

Hi @J123 there is in fact a tea m you can call to talk to support and make the correction. Please check your Community inbox, will message you the number

When you activated and setup the account. The person with the number you input will need to reply to the text to confirm they are porting over. Also, the number you used will also match the carrier Freedom…the chances are they might not match.
Just contact a CS_Agent in completing the porting process for you.
