my phone was broken. so i was going to log in my accout to quit my plan. but I can't check verify 6-digit with broken phone. i really want to quit my plan as soon as possible. it wastes my money.

Do you have access to a laptop or desktop computer? The password reset verification code will be sent to your email using one of those devices but not a mobile device used for logging in. That is if other suggestions already don't work for you.
Do you have a budget for a replacement phone?

Or put the PM sim card in a working phone
try that first , if further help need, sumbit ticket
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

dial 1-855-4PUBLIC 611 from any phone, then enter your 10 digit PM number. From there you can turn OFF Autopay. Your account won't renew and in 90 days...it's closed for good.

Get the 2FA code sent to your email rather than text to disable AutoPay on your account.
